This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to in-app purchases, premium subscriptions, and other paid services provided through the Arthivio mobile application and website at https://arthivio.com (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchases through our Services. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
1. Purchases and Payments
1.1 Types of Purchases
Arthivio offers the following types of purchases:
- Premium Subscriptions: Recurring payments that provide access to premium features for a specified period (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
- Virtual Currency: One-time purchases of in-app credits or coins that can be used to unlock special features or virtual items.
- Virtual Items: One-time purchases of digital items, such as profile enhancements, virtual gifts, or other digital content.
1.2 Payment Processing
All purchases are processed through third-party payment processors, such as Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or other authorized payment gateways. These platforms may have their own terms and conditions regarding refunds that may apply in addition to our policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Premium Subscriptions
For premium subscription purchases:
- You may request a refund within 48 hours of the initial purchase if you have not used any premium features.
- For recurring subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
- No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
2.2 Virtual Currency and Items
For virtual currency and item purchases:
- All virtual currency and item purchases are final and non-refundable once the virtual currency has been added to your account or the virtual item has been delivered.
- Refunds may be considered if the virtual currency or items were not successfully delivered to your account due to technical errors, and this is reported within 48 hours of the purchase.
2.3 Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds outside of the above policies may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Unauthorized purchases made by minors without parental consent (with verification).
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the purchased content or features.
- Fraudulent transactions (with proper documentation).
Important: For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted directly through those platforms according to their respective refund policies. We cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores directly.
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for eligible purchases:
- App Store Purchases: For purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, please contact them directly through their respective support channels.
- Direct Purchases: For purchases made directly through our website:
- Email us at support@arthivio.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account username, the date of purchase, transaction ID (if available), the amount paid, and the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots or documentation to support your request
3.2 Refund Processing Time
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. The actual time to receive your refund depends on your payment method and financial institution:

4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
4.1 How to Cancel a Subscription
To cancel a subscription:
- For subscriptions through App Stores: Manage your subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- For subscriptions through our website: Log in to your account, go to "Account Settings" > "Subscriptions" > "Cancel Subscription".
4.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription:
- You will not be charged for future billing cycles.
- You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days of your current billing period.
5. Promotional Offers and Free Trials
For promotional offers and free trials:
- No refunds are available for promotional offers provided at discounted rates.
- If you subscribe to a free trial and do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription.
- You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the free trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid service.
6. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions or for any other reason:
- You will not be eligible for refunds of any purchases made before the termination.
- Any unused virtual currency, virtual items, or subscription time will be forfeited.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our Services and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review this Refund Policy periodically.
